I had an amazing stay at this cozy hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. The staff were friendly, spoke excellent English, and helped us with all our needs. Plus, the location was convenient, just a short walk from the bus station.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety of options.

It felt like a cozy little home away from home, perfect for my needs as a traveler. The flat-screen TV added an extra touch of entertainment.

Just a small personal preference, but I found it a bit lacking that the twin room only had a toaster. However, I understand that some guests might find this perfectly adequate for their stay.

Our stay at Hostal La Base was fantastic. We stayed for a few nights before and after our Torres del Paine hike, and it was the perfect base for our adventure. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, despite the language barrier. The included breakfast was a great bonus, and we were grateful that they allowed us to store our bags while we explored the national park. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and shops. The hostel had a charming atmosphere and unique decorations that made us feel right at home.

I recently stayed at a lovely hostel in Puerto Natales. Hostal La Base was conveniently located close to the bus station and just a short walk to town. We rented a room with two twin beds, which was very comfortable. The shelving and storage space in the room were fantastic, and we felt confident leaving our bags there while we went on a trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and considerate, even though I only spoke basic Spanish. I would definitely stay at Hostal La Base again.
